Visa Section

• Visa Operating Hour : the operation hour for visa section start to submit document from 9.30 am to 12.00 pm from Monday - Friday. Time to pick up passport start from 14.00pm to 16.30 pm Monday - Friday.

• Fill application form and forward to the visa office with the complete details & document required.
• Documents needed for visa

1. 1 Application form fully filled
2. Original valid passport and 1 copy of 1st page
3. Saving account details, bank statement (from last 6 months)
4. Travel Itinerary or copy of round trip air ticket and hotel reservation
5. 2 pieces of passport size color pictures
6. Letter from employer (with the invitation letter for the business trip)
